I had a lovely short stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, although it was a bit uncomfortably hot. The service was extremely nice and friendly, especially the breakfast ladies who made our stay really special. The location was good, near a tube station and a park for pleasant strolls. The dining experience consisted of a buffet style English breakfast and a continental selection, not overly fussy but with enough choice. Overall, a nice stay with a few minor issues.
